He specializes in private dinner parties, family-style gatherings, elevated home buffet service, and small-bite cocktail events. Menus are curated with intention, flavors are bold yet welcoming, and the service feels polished without ever being pretentious. Whether you're hosting an intimate dinner or a lively soirée with passed bites, Chef Eric delivers refined dining, warm hospitality, and a restaurant-quality experience in the comfort of your own kitchen.
CUSTOM MEAL PREP
Chef-prepared meal prep includes 3–4 days of fresh meals stored in your fridge, packaged family-style or individually, with each serving featuring 6–8 ounces of high-quality protein and seasonal sides. Meals can be tailored to dietary needs, and reheating instructions are provided. Service includes grocery shopping, cooking in your home, packaging, labeling, and cleanup, with occasional bonus dishes when time allows. Pricing starts at $400 plus cost of groceries, and clients can book one to two sessions per week. Clients provide airtight containers, and a clean kitchen must be available at the scheduled time.
