How It Works

  1. Submit an Inquiry — Fill out a quick form with your date, headcount, and any dietary needs or preferences. This gives Chef Eric everything he needs to start planning your menu.

  2. Chat with Chef Eric — He'll call or text to walk through your vision, finalize the menu, and answer any questions.

  3. Confirm & Relax — Once your date is locked in, there's nothing left for you to do. Chef Eric handles the shopping, prep, and planning behind the scenes.

  4. Day of Service — Chef Eric arrives a few hours ahead of your event to prep and cook right in your kitchen. Dinner is served steakhouse style — each guest gets their own entrée, with sides placed on the table to share.

  5. Sit Back & Enjoy — Chef Eric and his team take care of serving throughout the evening, so you're free to stay at the table with your guests.

  6. Cleanup — Once dinner wraps, the full kitchen cleanup is handled. You come home to (or wake up to) a kitchen just as clean as he found it.
